Aaron Bowersox
Aaron Bowersox joined the FDA team after a short stint in the world of architectural lighting design, as well as several years as a freelance lighting theatrical designer with various theaters of all sizes.

Originally from Pennsylvania, he received his undergraduate degree in Theatrical Production and Design from Susquehanna University. From there he moved to the Midwest to receive his MFA in Lighting Design from Indiana University. He spent a year working for the Jacob's School of Music at the Musical Arts Center at Indiana University working on ballet and operas.

Aaron has had the pleasure to work with a number of wonderful collaborators at Yale, Molly College, Adirondack Theatre Festival, Southeastern Summer Theatre, Gretna Theatre, The New Group, Playwrights Horizons, Bloomington Playwrights Project, Atlantic Theatre, Roundabout Theatre, Shakespeare in the Park, and the Public.

Prior to FDA, Aaron gained a wealth of experience in architectural lighting from Tillotson Design Associates as a designer working on a range of projects, including US Embassies, BlackRock Headquarters, Vassar College, Houston Holocaust Museum, Smithsonian Museums, New York City Transit, MoMA, and One Vanderbilt.

Although he has lived around the country, Aaron is happy to be closer to family back East, currently residing uptown.
